I just called support and the first level agent refused to give me my $250 check because the program changed and it wasn’t part of the original agreement.

i then went to the supervisor and he said my $250 check would get to me by the end of the month.

I got my check for $250 pretty quickly, an d I was worried because I had another chase card already. I wonder what reason they are stating?

I have had no luck in getting them to give me my $250. I forgot to take a screen shot myself (silly me!) so hopefully having that will work. Thanks for providing it.
