If the link does work, I suggest trying the first method (putting some products in your shopping cart, selecting 1 or 2 day shipping, and hope for the offer). I signed up via the link in the shopping cart but I had to try multiple times (get all the way to the final checkout page and then close it and retry until it appeared). Good luck!
