		<description>Ugh, tell me about it!  Not only is it easier to make a choice with fewer options, it&#039;s also less stressful!  Of course, that applies to bank accounts, credit cards--lines of credit in general, bills, bosses, girlfriends/boyfriends....  ;-)</description>

		<description>I completely, 100 percent agree. That&#039;s why I think it&#039;s helpful to use a product like Quicken or Mint, where you can have most of your information in one place. Even if you don&#039;t want to do it online, keep spreadsheets or word docs where you can keep track of all your accounts, balances, and goals. It&#039;s so easy to lose track of it, so I agree -- pay off your debts as quickly as possible and close unused accounts (though be careful with credit cards -- it can ding your credit score to close an account). Also, it may be helpful to get all your accounts at one bank. For instance, ING direct lets you open several sub-accounts, so you could have several savings accounts and your checking accounts (and stocks, with ING sharebuilder) all in the same place.</description>
