I have yet to find a bank that offers enough of them for a meaningful comparison. I know the spreads between the no-penalty and traditional CDs is often not very much. Ally Bank’s current spread is all messed up too, the no-penalty 9 month is 2.15% APY and the traditional 9 month is 1.75% APY.
