I've never used video professor.

If you do a google search for "video professor" then you find links to :
1) a scam report site with 510 complaints about them (and about 50 people happy)
2) a ripoff report site with 210 items about them
3) a story about video professor suing anonymous people for criticizing their product
4) plus an Amazon category where it got 1.5 / 5 stars with 8/12 commentators giving 1 star and complaining about the reoccurring charges and how hard it is to cancel.

People seem to be OK with the actual product. But the subscription billing system is what people seem to complain about.
