I got my check today for $48.05. Only difference is, I DID fill out the forms! I lived in England for two years during that time and used my (US) credit card occasionally. I was a poor student then and every cent mattered. Now, things aren’t so dire for me. But I’m still going to enjoy the $48.05!

i, also received this check. i tried to call tje bamnk it was drawn on, but all i got was a bussy signal. if you know the bank number could you past it in this wes site.

I received a check for $18.04. Being suspicious, I called Huntington Bank. The live person I spoke to said the check is valid.

I got a check in the mail on 1/12 for $18.04 but my bank would not accept the deposit via the ATM. I am not sure if this is a scam. I will not attempt to deposit the check again. Never heard of this class action.

I too received a check for $18.04 today. I faintly remember a notice in the mail months ago about atm fees overseas and, litigation. I don’t think I am going to cash it yet. It’s good for 120 days.

I also got a check for $18.04. The only problem I can envision is that by cashing the check, you “somehow” give up any rights to additional money, a lawyer-like maneuver. I vaugely recall the initial postal contact some time back. Does anyone else recall it?

I received a check for $18.84 , I also do not remember filling out any forms for this. When I travelled out of the country my last name was different than it is now, so I was curious. After researching the website, I will go ahead and cash this check. Maybe go buy some postage stamps before the cost goes up.

I, too, received a check for $19.04. My husband has often traveled to Canada but do not really understand what qualified us for this check. Still unsure if it is safe to cash.

I contacted the bank that the check is drawn on to confirm that this was a legit payment and not a scam. They did confirm that it was legit and ok to process.

I, too, have my $18.04 check and called Huntington Bank. Customer Service Rep was familiar with the case and settlement and said checks were safe to cash.
