Because I moved in here in 2005 and OWN it as of 2006. And YES, I have the DEED, sent to me from City Hall. What crapola. LOL Hey, for the low price of $49.95, I'll send them my gently used toilet paper, because they're SO full of Sh*t! This so-called same “deed service” sent ME a notice too.
