Ex24 sent me two iPods!

I don’t know why, I’m not complaining, but Ex24 sent me two iPod Shuffles. But you know what? The CEO left a comment the other day about how he couldn’t understand why I wasn’t investing the money during the six months. But, because they accidentally sent two I’m going to actually start playing the market a little bit as an inadvertant “gift.” Check out this picture of my two iPods becoming fast friends.
On an unrelated note, here’s a funny picture of the iPod Shuffle design back in the day. This picture made me laugh.

I once ordered a bass guitar online and was sent TWO instead! I sold the extra one for about the same price I paid for the first one…and I got cash too!
Are you going to sell your extra Shuffle?

I once ordered a spice rack for a friend of mine (Yeah Omar, if you’re reading this, it was that spice rack I got you). When it arrived, I opened it up to see how it was and the handle on top, where there was a logo, was all rubbed away. Anyway, I called them up to get another handle and they sent me an entire spice rack.
I haven’t decided what I’m going to do with the Shuffle. Retail value is $99 and Ebay has them going close to that price (which is strange), but after fees it’ll net me a little less than retail value. Maybe I’ll post it on Craigslist at $100 obo. Not entirely sure… I don’t really need/want it. Maybe I’ll give it to someone as a gift.
You should Ebay the Suffle, and do some sort of money experiment with the profits!
It would provide for very interesting reading!

I could ebay the shuffle and buy a ton of scratch off lotto tickets. I read some crazy dude’s blog where he did that. Insanity!
If I was going to sell it, it’d probably be via Craigslist or something, avoid about $7 in fees between Ebay and Paypal and with something as high demand as a Shuffle, it’d be better. I’ll give it some creative thought.
Heh, congrats! It’s nice when human error lands in your favor.
