Festival of Frugality #4

Week four is hosted by none other than Dawn of Frugal for Life and this week’s batch weighs in at a hefty fifteen entries. There are a few interesting reads (such as MightyBargainHunter’s experience at a pawn shop) so please do check it out if you have the time.
