		<description>To clarify... its not that I think renting is better ALWAYS - because I think that home ownership should be a personal goal for everyone.  However, I think there is something to be said for buying when it is right for the individual - and not rushing into buying just because it is the smart thing to do.  Every major financial decision - like buying a house - takes time to plan.  For people right out of college with no savings, buying is not the answer.</description>
