Did you get a counter offer? if not, I wonder whether the denial is soly because of the price you offered. maybe the winner has some ties to the seller, the seller personally likes the winner or the agent is pushing the deal in house to maximize the commission (sad that I've heard many cases like that.) btw, I always love cathy comics good luck in your next one. look that that you’re not going to let psycho affect your future decisions, which is good.
