		<description>wow, the one off I-95 looks horrible from the front, it looks like a box or something!  I have no clue what you are trying to say in point #4.  You will never find the perfect house--why, you ask, because someone already found it before you or they are pricing it well out of your range.  The area is key, that would was the first and most important thing I looked for.  Pick an area you like and drive through it or have your realtor keep his/her eye on new listings in your focus area.  But in order to find an area you like, you have to go look at everything available in your price range--AND some that are above your range, so you can see what your dollar is worth.  The key is you need a realtor working for you.  He/she needs to be watching the new listings which are updated everyday, because you won&#039;t be able to see the brand new ones, because they haven&#039;t been loaded onto homesdatabase.com, etc. yet.  Final point is that you will just KNOW when you found the house you should buy, it feels right right from the beginning.</description>
