I’m not a fan (yet) but this is an excellent opportunity to try it. And it definitely does sound yummy.
Good work Jim! Still supporting the cause!
And for those that don’t know… Bargaineering was a key part in the 2008 Ghent Summer Bar Tour in Norfolk, VA raising over $13,000 for the Make-A-Wish Foundation! I’m not sure how to bold or italicize that here in the comments section so let me say it again… 13,000 United States dollars ladies and gentlemen! Awesome!
BTW, I’m sending this from Japan (business trip… oh yeah!).
I can now verify that the marshmallow was, indeed, quite yummy.
The date for this year’s free Ice Cream Social is September 24, 2009 – http://www.orwish.org/make-a-wish/foundation/more/835/
Did this last year and the serving was quite generous!
Thanks for the heads up!
I’m not a huge fan either, but it’s always great when a company makes a donation to a charitable foundation.
I really, really dislike Coldstone Creamery. The ice cream is intentionally kept soft to ease the mixing in of the ingredients. I’m always tempted to place my order, watch them mix it, and say, “Great. Now put it back in the freezer, and I’ll collect it in an hour.”
Are you really complaining about something that you didn’t even pay for?????
when do you have your next free cone day in 2010??
