		<description>Rocky, It seems to me that the rules were written to control the redemption process. When the rule makers decide to terminate the game, I feel all rules are off. 


I think the whole thing was handled poorly. While other credit card companies are looking for customers this one is willing to loose a good percentage of their card holders.

		<description>It&#039;s good that someone got his rebate but Citibank makes it pretty clear in their rules that before they issue the check to you, that you have no interest in the rebate. That means they can take away the rebate at any time.  As an example read the rules for this Citi card
