A can of soda here and there each afternoon, a muffin every morning, a $4 cup of coffee - things like that, if you get them often, certainly add up! When you cut back, realizing the amount of money you&#039;re saving makes it really rewarding. Worth way more than the satisfaction of getting that treat on impulse.</description>

		<description>I quit smoking over a year ago and started to save the $6.55 a week I was spending in cigarettes.  First I put it in cash in a can, then I put it into ING Direct.  I recently used that money  to offset a plane ticket to Germany for my 40th b-day.  Now I&#039;ve started saving it all over again for another special something.   </description>
