		<description>Thanks Jason. Actually, the guy told me I should get a certification from a professional roofer after the repairs are complete. He insisted throughout the process that in the case of anything especially egregious, getting a certified professional [whatever] is the way to go because he&#039;s only a generalist. He was able to give me advice because he did construction in a past life but it seemed like a liability thing - he had to tell me to get a professional. It didn&#039;t seem like he, or Home Check, was trying to nickel and dime me with fees and charges, though I can see how that&#039;s would be possible.</description>

		<description>Congratulation!  Sounds like the inspections went really well, and with the roof repairs, you&#039;ll be all set.  He&#039;ll probably charge another small fee, but it may be worth having the inspector come back out and check the repairs when completed.</description>
