Hey Jim to freeze ours we Just lay them on a baking rack or similar. When that layer is done we just lay plastic wrap over the dumplings and just layer on top of those. ETC etc.. Its a great way and easy method.

omg i just tried this using the homemade wrap recipe(easy part BTW) few thing s i have to mention make sure you make the skins thing enough to cook but thick enough they don’t break,
second i used oil water shredded chicken frozen veges(im lazy)and an egg(after two tried with no egg) both way work great but the one with egg seemed more sturdy. third and final lots of ways to cook if you think their solid enough boil em, if no get a drop in coliander/strainer and steam em firms em up nice then if you choose fry em in any case awsome recipe i had a craving no money but lots of ingredients cheap somewhat fast and nomnomnom tasty
