We use the tool free 800 from Toktumi and added the desktop sharing tool 2 months ago, which has proven to be a great tool for client conference calls. Definitely worth checking out. I am a team coordinator for a relatively small team within a very large company. We have folks on the team spread across four states plus another person halfway around the world. Our weekly status meetings rarely encounter any technical glitches - everyone's voice is crystal clear. Desktop sharing is truly the holy grail of troubleshooting! I can’t speak to these products in particular, but there are some great tools out there today.
