Flexo is about to start a “new” job (same company, different location) and gives his thoughts on an column he read about tips for starting a new job.

Nickel is experiencing the home buying process from the sell side (and buy side, but sell side first) and he’s received his first lowball offer on his home. We’ll soon learn how soft the market has become but a lowball offer from a non-pre-approved borrower the first week the house was listed? It’s not that soft.
