Seems like an interesting book, and I bet my wife would love to read it too (we just bought a house this Feb).
This would be a great book for my wife. She has a good eye for adding “touches” to the home, making it more appealing.

The previous owners of my home clearly didn’t invest much in their nest…I want to leave it better than I found it.
