The Yoh Index of Technology Wages [3] is an index that is created from employment data from 5000 tech. professionals outsourced to a thousand employers “in aviation, engineering, information technology, manufacturing, scientific, telecommunications, and utility industries.”

According to that index, the most demanded tech jobs and their hourly pay scales are:

  • SAP Functional Consultant – $75.09
  • Data Warehouse Architect – $69.03
  • CRM Project Manager – $62.01
  • Hardware/Firmware engineer – $59.34
  • Project Manager – $57.07
  • Oracle Database Administrator – $55.82
  • .NET Developer – $45.77
  • Data Manager – $45.06
  • Senior Scientist – $43.76
  • Clinical Research Associate – $38.52
