Is there really any practical difference between, say, $300M and $200M? Does anyone say, "Well, it isn't worth it to spend $1 to try to win $200M, but it *is* worth it to spend $1 to try to win $300M." Maybe they do, everyone has to draw their line somewhere. But if I'm willing to spend $1 to try to win $300M, I will also say it is worth it to spend $1 to try to win $200M. Both of these are so such huge numbers that the difference between them, while also huge, seems almost negligible. I don’t understand that value judgment.
