		<description>I think the idea of buy low sell high does not work in all markets. Especially in the current one.

I am more convinced that residual income is much better because you get a small amount but you get it every month. Think of real estate investing, renting out properties to people. 

Plus the taxes are more favorable for the residual income as opposed to the buy low sell high. The buy low sell high method triggers capital gains tax and plus it does not give you consistency in your income.</description>
