You mention that she talks about buying and selling, but the focus was more on the least out of pocket to maximize home improvement.  (Did I follow that right?)  Did she go into any of the investment aspect at all?  

Anyway, I&#039;m totally jealous you went to Tahoe.  I grew up there, it&#039;s my favorite place in the world, and one of my motivating reasons for becoming independently wealthy! After a summer here in Phoenix, I&#039;d just about give my right arm to visit...</description>
