Rewarding Good Driving?

Travis County residents in Central Texas were “pulled over” and given Round Rock Express baseball tickets as a reward for good behavior.
“The big cargo truck that was in front of you and you allowed to get in front of you, that was a very nice thing you did, and because it was a safe thing, we want to reward you with a Round Rock Express baseball tickets,” [Travis County Deputy Derrick] Taylor tells a good driver.
Apparently they did this twenty years ago and instead of tickets, they gave out crisp new Grants ($50). Would you like to get pulled over for good behavior and rewarded with some money?
