I am excited about the free wifi at Starbucks. I'm not a huge fan of their coffee but there are enough of them around to satisfy my wifi needs.

Welcome aboard mate. Looking forward to having you participate in our community!

Most of us have sought to cut our Alexa ranking by 30-90%. At 30,000, perhaps you can aim for 25,000!

Cheers,

Jim,
I'm glad to hear your joining the Yakezie. Overall, we are a group with mostly younger bloggers so it will be nice to have you on board. I look forward to meeting you through the forums.

Hmmm, I have been thinking about joining Yakezie since I learned of it about a week ago through another blogger. Seems to be a great idea and the community is only growing bigger. Nice to know you are in, maybe I will take the plunge finally.

Be careful when using a pressure washer to clean masonry or wood. The higher powered (typically gas engine powered) pressure washers appear to do a great job at the expense of eroding the surface of concrete, other masonry, and/or wood. Thie erosion damages the surface and results in shortened life for what you are trying to clean. If you are using a pressure washer for these jobs, consider one of the smaller electric powered ones.
