Something I found out a couple months back with Sharebuilder is that you can use these promo codes and also get frequent flyer miles. Just find a link offering free frequent flyer miles after your first trade (just do a Google search) and then enter one of the codes above. I thought they would probably only honor one of the two promotions but they actually did both! Airlines with current promotions are:
USAirways (2500 miles)
Alaska (2500 miles)
Hawaiian (2500 miles)
Delta (2000 miles) – I did this one so far

I have an existing Sharebuilder acct which I’ve been using for stock purchases, and was easily able to open a new account today (second acct with the same info as the first), with the Share50 promo. I got it to work. Opened a second account with another promotion code after the money came into my other account from the first promotion. Using the $50 from the first promo to fund the second free $50, and will continue to do so as long as possible. It’s really simple to sign up when you already have an account as well, just sign in and it auto-populates all your info. Thanks for the promo codes.
I used Share50 with no problems last week, and have received a confirmation email saying $50 will be credited to my account after my first transaction. So it seems (per usual) that I have the buying thing down. But does anyone have experience selling after opening multiple accounts and getting promo money? If I open a new account, and get a new promo code and another $50, and buy the same ETF as I did in my first account, is it going to cost me $31.90 to sell both ETFs, or $15.95? Inquiring minds want to know:)
THE $50 GIFT ONE DOES NOT WORK!!! I JOINED AND THE SERVICE IS GOOD BUT THAT IS THE CODE FOR A GIFT CERTIFICATE THAT SOMEONE WOULD HAVE HAD TO BUY YOU. I CALLED THEM ANC THEY SAID I HAVE TO HAVE NUMBERS OFF THE BACK OF THAT CERTIFICATE AND I PLEADED WITH THEM TO HONOR IT ANYWAY, AND THEY REFUSED. DOES NOT WORK!!!
I used share50 and entertain50 but never recieved an email confirmation. But my friend got it. Does this mean I have too many accounts? I opened 2 last week and three this week? Should I call them and ask or will they flag my account and shut me down for too many accounts? Please advise. thanks.
No codes work I have four acounts with them and have had them for years. It just give message saying can be used on open accounts go to promo page to enter. I gave up .

Thanks for posting these codes! I’ve just gotten started on this (about 5 weeks ago), but so far have received two $50 bonus credits in my accounts. I won’t be able to retire early on this, but it’s a great way to make some extra money and save for the future! Question: have you tried consolidating the accounts after receiving the bonus? I saw the form on Sharebuilder for transferring an account, just wondering if anyone’s tried it yet.
