Check with your plan. For spending, just order some more contacts (assuming you have disposables). Easy to get the $200 amount in contacts. I'm in the opposite situation. I forgot to sign up for my FSA this year and can't wait for January 1 to start using it. I have all kinds of medical items I'm waiting to buy.
