I have a small leather wallet that only contains 7 cards (personal credit card, debit/ATM card, business credit card, driver's license, insurance card, gas rewards card, and grocery store rewards card). I also carry a money clip for cash. Both are very slim and easily fit into my front pocket. It is much more comfortable and convenient than carrying around a large wallet. I’m with Jeff on this one. That way I only have room for the bare essentials. License, credit card, 4 business cards, and medical/dental insurance cards. I think you can get away with just writing down phone numbers and last 4 digits on your cards, or writing it down in a code that hides it (like adding one to each digit or something). That way, should you ever lose your wallet, you'll at least know what to cancel and replace.
