		<description>Joined the Ceturian Club on June 13th, 2009 and cancelled June 20th, 2009. On June 13th I was on hold for over 30 minutes to make some travel arrangements and was called back 60 minutes later. On June 20th I was on hold for 25 minutes for travel and hung up. Called Platinum travel and was connected in 30 seconds and was fully booked in 10 minutes.

Centurian, at least in Canada is a total rip off. They use the same services as Platinum for 6 times the membership fee. I am President of a large construction company and will be telling all of my associates that AMEX cards are now a rip off. AMEX is clearly going broke in the credit crisis as over 10% of all cardholders are in default.</description>

		<description>I think Amex would be far better served by providing great service to their long-term customers instead of the richest ones. I&#039;ve had an Amex card over 25 years, you think that would be worth something to them. 

The only ones that really jump when we walk in the door are our credit union folks - it is so easy and such a pleasure to do business with them now after over 20 years being there.</description>
