If you’re interested to learn a little more about me, please visit the about page . It gives you a little insight on my perspective (financial novice with the ability to type) and my motivations for starting this blog. It even includes a photo in case you want to put a face with a blog.
What I consider my most valuable contribution is a series of posts I titled a “Homebuying Blueprint ” in which I write, in painstaking detail, my entire homebuying process from the naive beginning to the bitter end. It’s long but for those of you who are considering buying a home, it’s not a bad place to start.
Another series I’ve started is called the PFBlogger series where I spotlight some of my fellow personal finance bloggers. You won’t see the usual big names there, these are folks who haven’t had the luck some bloggers (including myself ) have had in getting exposure but their message is important and valuable regardless.
Finally, I started a new Carnival, the Festival of Frugality , to highlight the posts out there that show you how to get a little more out of every dollar you spend. The ground-breaking edition was just yesterday (Tuesday) with a great turnout of over fourteen informative pieces that may be of interest to you.
Thank you again Duncan for including me in the series, thank you all for clicking on the link and visiting my humble blog, and please feel free to rummage around. If you’d like to reach me, I have a handy contact form for doing so. Have a nice day!
