Great post!

I would also add that it sometimes to your advantage to sometimes act contrary to the market (or to what the defence thinks you are going to do). If everyone is buying tech, look at other sectors.

Play your game, don’t let the other team dictate what you are going to do!

Great post, I couldn’t agree more. Life is much more important than a football game or personal finances but both can be a part of it. Your football example is a perfect way to explain personal finance to someone who gets bored by the numbers.
