Multiple sites are ripping off my feed as we speak, but they don’t allow comments and don’t have working contact forms. I’m just letting karma take care of them… for now.

If they are accessing a feed from your site (not FeedBurner), there are ways to ban specific IPs from requesting your feed. You would have to determine how they are obtaining your feed in the first place.

I reworded the first sentance a little, they weren’t using Feedburner to rip off my content (creating their own feed and pointing it to mine), they were just receiving the feed I created and putting it on their site.

So far no response to the email…

I’m with FeedBurner, saw your comment and wanted to suggest that our terms of service require publishers to have rights to the content they run through FeedBurner. You can always send an e-mail to feedback@feedburner.com, identify the offending feed, point to your source content, and we can contact the feed’s owner and request that they stop. Further actions are possible, depending on the owner’s response.

You could also append a copyright notice to the message at the end of each summary post. That might (?) help.

For starters, I’d send him a friendly but firm message asking him to stop. Looking into the AdSense TOS for possible violations is also a good idea — if there’s anything there, you could threaten to report him if he doesn’t stop. That would most likely take care of things, as he’s almost certainly doing this for the revenue (though I can’t imagine he’s making much off your summary feeds). The best option might actually be to get him to link to your site in every post, as anyone that reads it would potentially click through to your site.

Have you written him that you have copyright protected your site and you need him to cease and desist or atleast link back to your site?

I see he has google ads- is his breaking any TOS that you can notify google on?
We could spam him to death for you!

Just some thoughts.
