Win An Emigrant Direct Hat! Wow!
So I was cleaning out some of my closets when I unearthed a rare artifact - an EmigrantDirect.com baseball cap… and I’ll be giving it away to one lucky recipient.
Wow your friends. Amaze your co-workers. Trick old people into thinking it’s a dot-com relic. Ebay it for a buck fifty. Or… just stick it in your closet and forget you ever won it.
If this interests you, just leave a comment with your favorite money related joke/quip/funny anecdote/story/outburst and I’ll pull a name out of the list next Wednesday (3/22). If you want to leave a funny joke but don’t actually want the hat, I can donate it to the local Salvation Army or Goodwill in your name. (don’t everyone get all excited all at once)
I stole the image from Jonathan.

Wow — it’s white too. PERFECT for mowing the lawn.
A Horse walks into a bar. Bartender says, “Hey pal, why the long face?”
Haha! Sorry, not money related.
That was a terrible joke… you don’t get an entry for that one. Do better.
Here’s something I came across some time back - if it qualifies, Salvation Army gets the hat!
5 Signs that you’re broke
1) Long distance companies no longer call you to switch.
2) You finally clean out your home - you’re hoping to find change.
3) You get your kitchen condiments at McDonalds.
4) You think of a lottery ticket as an investment.
5) Amex calls you to say ” Leave home without it!”
Hey, what’s wrong with #3???????
Hey, I gave you that hat so you’d be my friend… *sniff*
Sorry, guy - I already have one! It just showed up “out of the blue” one day, if I recall correctly - without so much as a note saying “We just wanted to say thanks for being a swell customer”, or anything like that. I thought it seemed a little wierd.
